On 15th September 2022, Hishab Technologies (Hishab) and Bangladesh Extension Education Services (BEES) signed the agreement for Hishab’s Voice User Interface (VUI) at the BEES’ Head Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
At this event, Mr. Saiful Islam Robin, Executive Director of BEES, and Mr. Shamim Ahmed Choudhury, Director-Finance of BEES were present along with Mio Ahmed, Co-founder & Head of business development of Hishab was present during the signing ceremony of the agreement.
BEES works as a Micro Financial Institution (MFI). They would bridge the connection between their borrowers and BEES digitally through VUI.
At this moment, we will start 3 months of the pilot with 2 services and a limited number of users.
Services:
i) Voice Reporting Service: To enable borrowers of BEES to hear their status of loan repayment or saving information.
ii) Voice Audit: Verification of the last transaction by the borrower through incoming calls and outbound calls.
After the pilot, we will start the commercial launch at full scale if we could achieve the KPI which includes awareness, usage, system accuracy, etc.
Those solutions will drastically help BEES to save their operation cost and increase their portfolio size by raising borrowers’ satisfaction.
Hishab’s VUI shall act as a Conversational Engine and perform Natural Language Processing which will convert the audio command of Borrowers into text format and thereafter in a format which the system of BEES shall process.
From now, BEES can manage their customer’s lifecycle by using Hishab’s “VUI”. Also, any users can access their information with the use of technology without any learning curve.
