On 18th February 2023, Hishab Technologies Limited received the 5th Bangladesh Innovation Award. This Innovation Award gala has held at Le Méridien, Dhaka, and was presented by GPH Ispat in collaboration with Aspire to Innovate – a2i and The Daily Star.
Professor Kun-Pyo Lee, Dean, School of Design, Swire Chair Professor, Design, Alex Wong Siu Wah Gigi Wong Fook Chi professor, product design engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University; Professor Ishtiaq Pasha Mahmood, head of department, strategy & policy, NUS Business School, National University of Singapore and Dr. Yuosre Badir, associate professor, faculty director, PhD & DBA Programs, Asian Institute of Technology delivered their speeches in the summit.
In this programme, Zunaid Ahmed Palak, State minister for Information and Communication Technology, was speaking as a chief guest.
This year, more than 300 nominations from more than 100 organisations were submitted for the award. From them, only 49 innovations (26 winners and 23 honourable mentions) has recognised.
There Hishab Technologies Ltd. has received the award as a winner for the Best Innovation in the Frontier Technology.
