On 26th April, IP day refers to “Intellectual Property” day, it is always celebrated, but due to lockdown in Dhaka, “Patent Office” under the “Ministry of Industries” celebrated on 17th June 2021.Hishab got awarded with a certification of one of Hishab’s patents which got granted in the Bangladesh Patent Office. The patent office praised Hishab as one of the highest patent holders in Bangladesh” in the “Technology Domain”.The invention, which we got the patent provides a method and system for delivering customized speech-based information such as information regarding a specific topic or audio data/signal to usersvia speech interface using a cellular or data network through a mobile or stationary digital devices, such as a mobile phone or IoT device, utilizing previously collected and analyzed information about the user and his/her activities. The system functions within an IVR system, such that the user primarily interacts with the system through his/her voice. This IVR system provides different kinds of voice-based information services to the user and continuously collects and analyzes user-specific data, derived from the user’s interaction with the system. Based on this data, the system generates particular services including audio data/signal and makes them accessible through the IVR system by various means.
What is Intellectual Property Day?
Intellectual Property Day was established by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in2000 to “raise awareness of how patents, copyright, trademarks and designs impact on daily life” and”to celebrate creativity, and the contribution made by creators and innovators to the development ofsocieties across the globe”.
